ENGINEERING TECHNICAL AUDITS

BP Karl Consultants through strategic alliance with professionals in Information Technology, civil engineering and mechanical engineering has undertaken so far eight (8) technical audit /engineering audit of road projects in Botswana, Malawi, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Tanzania as well as Four (4) Value for Money/ Performance audits in South Sudan and Zimbabwe. Technical audits involve an evaluation of the programming, planning, procurement and the delivery of works undertaken by the roads agencies in the respective countries through deployment of programmed and adhoc technical, financial and performance assessments. It also involves undertaking compliance assessments to the specifications provided to the contractors in the feasibility study/ design reports. These evaluations are undertaken by a team of mixed expertise of engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Financial experts, Procurement specialists and FIDIC contract experts, who are attached to BP Karl as a firm.
