BP Karl Associates assembled and has a competent team of experienced individuals in tax consultancy and related areas to advise our clientele. Our clientele benefit from our thorough knowledge of changing tax laws combined with a sound understanding of the corporate strategy and the marketplace issues faced by a range of the corporate world in Uganda. Our intention and mode is to ensure that we provide a consolidated package to our clients all year round of tax planning, tax assurance, tax reporting and returns, thereby enabling our clients to be compliant with their tax responsibilities with accuracy and in a timely manner.

On mutual agreement, a client is allotted the option of taking on BP Karl Associates as their full time tax advisor, one off transaction advisor, or an all-rounder tax consultant with full client responsibility to handle any tax related issues for the company. The latter allows us to continuously interface with regional tax bodies on behalf of the said company. Clients of this nature benefit from an all-rounder pool of not only tax consultants, but also from other related fields handled by the consultancy like audit, fraud control and other assurance services.
